A Cartography of Everything
The Mission
Cosmographia is a lexicon designed to bring
structure to the human experience. In a world of shifting narratives, it provides a
stable foundation—a singular point of truth where language meets architecture. By
identifying the precise boundaries of every concept, Cosmographia offers a blueprint for
understanding the universe in its most essential form.

The Cosmograph
The soul of this system is the Cosmograph: a unique visual signature for every
idea. Rather than a static image, a Cosmograph is a geometric map of a concept’s DNA. It
translates abstract ideas into clear, vector-based structures, illustrating the specific
requirements—such as materiality, social value, or temporal flow—that make a concept distinct.
To view a Cosmograph is to see the "skeleton" of an idea.
The Seven Domains
The lexicon is organized into seven Domains, each representing a
fundamental dimension of reality:
- Materia: The Physical
Domain. The realm of atoms,
energy, and the tangible world.
- Logica: The Formal
Domain. The domain of
mathematics, reason, and self-evident truths.
- Technica: The
Artificial Domain. The landscape of
human ingenuity, from ancient tools to digital systems.
- Psyche: The Internal
Domain. The territory of the
mind, encompassing emotions, memory, and consciousness.
- Societas: The
Inter-Relational Domain. The
architecture of human agreement—law, status, and collective value.
- Aesthetica: The
Expressive Domain. The study of
form, harmony, and the sensory experience of beauty.
- Chronos: The Temporal
Domain. The lineage of eras
and events, mapping our position in the flow of time.
